This is for people looking to explore regenerative leadership in an intense 6-week container with a mixture of teaching, reflecting, exercises, mentorship and exploring in smaller dedicated groups.
We gather twice a week from August 13th - September 10th to take our regenerative practice deeper, explore regenerative pathways to real-life challenges and to learn from fellow regenerative practitioners. In November we gather again for two sessions taking stock and checking in.

〰 Being spoon-fed and served sound-bites on a silver-platter. An integral part of this course is about commitment to a new way of being, doing, leading. It asks each of us to show up fully and take responsibility for our personal learning journeys.

The course is a combination of an extensive pre-recorded deep dive course in Regenerative Leadership, a virtual global community and 12 stimulating co-created Live Mentorship Sessions.

The structure and flow of the course
We travel together for five weeks (+one follow up week) in a rhythm with two weekly Live Mentorship Sessions. Insight Sessions are for new insights, theory, cases and frameworks to help you on your journey as a regenerative practitioners, and the Emergence Sessions are sessions holding space for what's alive, questions and reflections - going deeper together.
This weekly rhythm of structured learning and open reflection offers both nourishment and momentum, grounding your journey in knowledge and connection. All sessions are recorded and accessible for later viewing.

INSIGHT LIVE SESSIONS are dedicated to exploring some of the theoretical foundations of Regenerative Leadership - frameworks, and real-world cases that will expand your understanding and deepen your practice. These sessions offer grounded theory and practical resources to accompany you on your journey.

EMERGENCE LIVE SESSIONS create space for informal, heart-centered sharing practicing holding space for emergence. We come together to reflect, hold what’s alive, ask questions, and learn from one another in a more fluid, emergent way. In these sessions, Laura Storm will hold space alongside a community nurturer and co-facilitator.

WEEK 1: What is Regenerative Leadership and what is my role in a regenerative transition?We begin by exploring the urgent need for Regenerative Leadership in today’s world. This week offers a big-picture view of the landscapes we are navigating (ecological, social, and organizational) and invites you to reflect on your own role in stewarding transition.
What does it mean to lead in service of life? What’s being asked of you at this moment in time? -
WEEK 2: How is the Story of Separation showing up in my life and my work? How can I consciously seek to unlearn these degenerative patterns?This week takes us deeper, as we explore the root cause beneath today’s metacrisis: the Story of Separation. We look at how this narrative has shaped our inner and outer worlds, how it shows up in our ways of thinking, relating, and organizing.
Together, we begin the process of unlearning, loosening the grip of outdated paradigms, and making space for more life-affirming patterns to emerge. -
WEEK 3: Learning from Living Systems and becoming an ecosystem facilitator
Living systems understand how to evolve, collaborate, design and transform waste into new life and potential. Living systems are inherently regenerative. This week, we turn toward living systems to learn how life designs for vitality, adaptability, and interconnection. We explore patterns in nature and how to translate them into leadership, organizational design, and your personal life.
The week also deepens your understanding of the role of the regenerative leader as an Ecosystem Facilitator - a gardener who nurtures the conditions for life to thrive.

WEEK 4: The essence of Regenerative business and organizations – frameworks to help you on your journeyWe now ground our learning in practical application. Drawing from the Regenerative DNA framework, we explore how to build businesses and organizations that are not only sustainable but truly life-affirming.
This is a rich and structured week, offering concrete tools and guidance to help you begin integrating regenerative principles into your own work and context. -
WEEK 5: Capacities and leadership qualities to nurtureRegeneration is not only something we do, it’s a way of being. In this final week of content, we turn inward and explore the inner capacities needed to sustain regenerative leadership: presence, humility, courage, deep listening, and relational awareness.
This is a space for reflecting around our unique role, essence and contribution. Grounding and integrating before stepping back into the world. -
WEEK 6: Two months after we check-in again and revisit our role and challenges
Two months after we complete the core journey, we gather again. These two final sessions offers space to reconnect, reflect on your evolving practice, share challenges and breakthroughs, and revisit your role as a regenerative leader.
A chance to pause, reconnect, resource ourselves, and re-anchor for what’s ahead on your unique regenerative journey.
The pre-recorded modules
You get access to six foundational pre-recorded modules that you can start diving into already at sign up.
The pre-recorded modules take you deep into the main wisdom pillars of Regenerative Leadership. As soon as you have signed up you will get access to these, and a workbook designed to take your practice to a deeper level. These modules work as a foundation for diving even deeper during the Live Mentoring Sessions.

In-person gatherings
The community self-organises in-person gatherings that provide opportunities for alumni and current participants to connect, collaborate, and practice their regenerative leadership skills together.
As a participant in the Deep Dive course, you’d be warmly invited to join the 3rd Regenerators Annual Gathering at Selgars Mill, Devon (UK), from 28 August to 1 September 2025. A cyclical flow
Over the course of our weeks together we travel deep into core pillars of regenerative wisdom. We explore frameworks, theories, practices and cases through presentation, music, visuals, videos, poems, embodiment, solo journaling and group sharings. Our journey is carefully designed around a cyclical wheel that follows the four main energetic seasons of the living world.

Laura Storm
Laura is your main host on this course and started Regenerators Academy from a dream of creating a space where change activators dedicated to regenerative transformation could get the wisdom, inspiration and community needed. Laura started her own journey as an 8-year old activist and has spent the past 25 years dedicated to the transition to sustainable and regenerative societies.

She has been awarded the title "Worldchanger" by Greenbiz, named one of the 30 leading women within sustainability and regeneration by Sustainable Brands, is selected by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader, a World Economic Forum Sustainability Expert and serves on many Boards.
She runs regenerative transformation processes for individuals and organizations and is the co-author of the much-praised book Regenerative Leadership - the DNA of life-affirming 21st century organisations.

A Regenerative Business Model
This is how we at Regenerators Academy do our best to create regenerative ripples. The Regenerators Academy business model is based on values of regeneration.
This means that this entity has to create regenerative impact not just for participants, but far beyond its direct circles of influence. This isn’t a traditional course where financial revenue streams only benefit the creator of the course, or where the course content can only be accessed by those that can afford it.
Designing regenerative ripples has been at the core, which means the following simple rules are in place:

Indigenous wisdom keepers and efforts to regenerate land receive direct benefits of the financial capital generated: 10% (minus local VAT + tax) of revenue is donated to regenerative projects with a preference for land regeneration and empowering indigenous voices. At its core regenerative wisdom is indigenous wisdom. It’s our responsibility to help these efforts to gain access to capital.

The Robin Hood Principle: Participants from corporations can donate a scholarship position directly through their payment to those that cannot afford participation. So every time someone from a corporation signs up, they immediately free up a scholarship position to someone without the financial means.

Regenerators are constantly focused on weaving new regenerative ways. They understand that how they show up for themselves and to what extent they apply regenerative principles to their own lives deeply influence their ability to create regenerative ripples through their own actions and leadership.
This course will focus on how you can create regenerative ripples in your own life, your projects, your organizations and through your actions have a regenerative ecosystemic impact.

What will we cover in the weekly Insights Sessions? What if I cannot attend live?
In our Insights Sessions, Laura prepares the theme based on the content pillar we are exploring at the moment, combined with what's most alive in the community. All sessions will be recorded and posted in the community - except of course for the breakout rooms which are private sharing between those that are there.

How will I get to talk to fellow Regenerators during the course?
During the Live Mentorship Sessions, there will always be breakout rooms where you can connect with fellow participants.
If you’d like a more consistent and intimate group to share with and go deeper, we’ll match you with a Home Circle, a small group you’ll meet with regularly in the breakout rooms.
You can also connect, share, and continue the conversation with the wider community in our virtual space. -
When do we begin and end the course? How much time should I allocate?
We start on August 13th and meet twice a week online for five weeks. Two months after we meet again for a final wrap-up.
How much time to allocate really depends on how deep you want to take your practice. If you go through all the pre-recorded modules (which we highly recommend) it's a total of 10 hours of video sessions and then comes the suggestions for diving deeper and the exercises.
There are no rules. For some, the live sessions and the community deliver the most value; therefore, they may not watch all the modules. That’s fine too – you’ll take what you need from this experience and can always go back and watch a pre-recorded module that we referred to in the live sessions if you wish to do so. -
What is the difference between the Regenerative Leadership Journey, the self-paced Regenerative Leadership Course, and this course?
The Regenerative Leadership Journey is a year-long program that offers both depth, space and community. It is a held space that follows the energetic rhythm of four seasons beginning in the depths of the winter energy and explores the pre-recorded content through 2–3 monthly live sessions. These include deep dives, 10 guest speakers, and community-led gatherings.
The self-paced Regenerative Leadership Course gives access to the full set of pre-recorded modules, allowing each person to explore the content at their own pace. Four one-hour live Q&A sessions with Laura Storm are offered throughout the year, creating space for questions, reflection, and shared insight.
The Regenerative Leadership 6 Week Mentoring Course is a shorter, more intensive alternative to the year-long Journey. Over five + one weeks, we gather for two live sessions per week, combining the wisdom of the modules with the support of a learning community. Two months after the course, we return for a reflective closing session, a chance to check in, share reflections, and explore the challenges and insights that have emerged since our time together. -
