Community of Care & Practice

The Community of Care and Practice (CCP) is a space for alumni of Regenerators Academy who have been on a course held in community.

Today, we welcome siblings from the Regenerative Leadership Journey, the Regenerative Leadership Deep Dive, and the Spanish course. *

We gather twice a month to inspire and support each other in deepening our regenerative practice

The CCP is a space where:

About the community

Individuals feel safe, heard, and respected, and can blossom into their fullest potential as regenerative practitioners.
Relationships offer kinship and belonging, and people feel supported through the ups and downs of bringing regeneration into their lives and the world.
Conversations bring diverse perspectives, caring challenge, and rich learning opportunities.
Projects can emerge or grow stronger through collective wisdom and collaboration.

Our gatherings

We meet twice a month for 90 minutes:
The second Friday at 09:30 CET
The fourth Monday at 17:30 CET

In our CCP gatherings, we have shared radically different yet deeply interconnected experiences, each offered by siblings in the community.

In addition, members will be invited to join Live Guest Sessions of the Regenerative Leadership Journey with inspiring guest speakers from around the world.

Members also get access to resources, recordings and insights from the gatherings.

Examples of content in our gatherings:
An inner practice to help us unlock our essence.
A peer coaching exercise to expand perspective on an individual challenge.
A relational practice for navigating conflict.
A circle to honour what is alive, or to hold an intense tension.
A reflective practice on living with cyclicity.
A co-creation circle to map our ecosystem.

Kapil Dawda

Originally from India, he moved to the Netherlands in 2023 with his family. Kapil is from the 2022 Journey cohort. While he has worn different professional hats in the social sector, central to them has been the work of weaving collaborative ecosystems and communities, where change makers can find learning, connection, and support.

We warmly invite you to become part of the community. To accommodate different incomes we offer different price ranges on the monthly CCP membership and you can end the membership at any time.

The community works on a not-for-profit basis

Currently, the revenue generated through the subscription fee is redirected to the stipends for the two Community Pollinators and administrative and platform costs.

* Self-paced course participants are welcome to join one of the Regenerators Academy courses held in the community to experience the dynamics of being and practicing together before joining the Community of Care and Practice.
